Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the "Random Place" mobile application and its associated website (the "Service") operated by KL-Software Walter Klinger ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
The Service is intended to provide you with randomized suggestions for places (such as cafes, restaurants, and museums) based on your location and selected criteria. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
The Service relies on data from the Google Places API. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by Google, including but not limited to place names, locations, ratings, reviews, photos, or categorization. All data is provided on an "as is" basis. Your use of the mapping and navigation features is subject to the terms of the respective map provider (e.g., Apple Maps or Google Maps).
The Service may display advertisements from Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or for any products or services offered by third-party advertisers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall KL-Software Walter Klinger be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions when visiting any places suggested by the Service.
The Service, including the mobile application and the website, and all of their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KL-Software Walter Klinger.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
